James was professional at every step of the way. From responding to giving introductory information, responding to every phone call and text in a timely manner to a very comprehensive inspection.. THEN a very patient walk thru explaining everything he found, willing to take the time to answer every question until I understood. The inspection covered so much I would have never thought to have checked or asked about. He left nothing unchecked. Seldom do I work with people who show such total commitment to every detail … he completely believes in providing the best information possible and it shows in each phase of working with him. We took the unusual approach to home buying of having the home inspected and appraised prior to offering on the house, and are very glad that we did. James spent many hours inspecting our potential home purchase. Literally he did not leave a stone un-turned. He identified issues that were not readily identifiable to an average home purchaser, and then identified to us the needed repairs that we should be concerned about, and those items that are in need of eventual repair or replacement in the future. James' reports is comprehensive and clear, leaving no doubt in our minds as to the nature and scope of any needed repairs. We feel that James has provided us with the information we need to make and informed decision on any offer we may choose to make on this particular home. But more importantly, he has educated us on the important factors to consider in any home purchase we make in the future.
